DeanBest.com offers digital products and digital download access only. No physical products are shipped through the website unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Digital products may include free photo downloads, paid music downloads, music license products, audio files, production pack add-ons, stems, loops, underscore versions, alternate versions, license documents, and related digital materials.

Free Photo Downloads

Some photography on DeanBest.com may be offered as free digital downloads. Free photo downloads do not require a refund because no payment is collected.

Free photo downloads are still protected by copyright. Downloading a free photo does not transfer copyright ownership. Photos may not be resold, redistributed as standalone files, uploaded to stock websites, claimed as your own original work, or used in a way that violates the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or any usage information provided with the download.

If a specific photo page includes additional usage instructions, those instructions apply to that download.

Music Downloads, Licenses, and Production Packs

Dean Best Music Studio may offer original calming music for direct purchase, licensing, and custom project use. Music products may include finished tracks, MP3 files, WAV files, license documents, and optional production pack add-ons.

Production pack add-ons may include stems, loops, underscore versions, alternate edits, or other supporting files intended for editors, creators, wellness brands, video projects, apps, and other calm-focused uses.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchasing or downloading music from DeanBest.com gives the buyer a license to use the music under the applicable product terms. It does not transfer copyright ownership, composition ownership, sound recording ownership, publishing rights, or exclusive rights.

Product-Specific License Terms

Some music products, downloads, or digital materials may include their own license document or product-specific usage terms. If a product includes a separate license document, that license document controls the permitted use of that product.

If there is a conflict between this Store Policy and a product-specific license, the product-specific license will control for that specific product, unless prohibited by law.

Download Delivery

After checkout is completed, digital download access is provided through the website checkout process, customer email, download link, or another digital delivery method provided after purchase.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout and downloading their files within the access period provided.

If you do not receive a download email shortly after checkout, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders. You may also contact support for help with a missing download link.

Digital download links may expire or have access limits. Please download and safely back up your files after purchase.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital download purchases are generally final once the download link, file access, or licensed digital product has been delivered.

Paid music downloads, music licenses, production pack add-ons, and other delivered digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise required by law.

Free photo downloads do not require a refund because no payment is collected.

If there is a technical issue with your order, such as a missing download link, corrupted file, incomplete file delivery, or access problem, please contact support and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund requests related to duplicate purchases, accidental orders, or file-access problems may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed once the digital file or download access has been delivered.

File Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

DeanBest.com may provide files in common digital formats such as MP3, WAV, PDF, ZIP, JPG, or other formats described on the product page. Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the software, storage space, and device compatibility needed to open and use the files they purchase or download.

For larger music products or production packs, files may be delivered as compressed ZIP files. Please make sure your device can open ZIP files before purchasing a production pack or multi-file download.

Dean Best LLC is not responsible for customer-side technical issues such as insufficient storage, incompatible software, deleted files, device problems, internet connection problems, spam filters, or failure to download files within the available access period.

Copyright and Usage

All photographs, music, audio files, videos, written content, and downloadable materials on DeanBest.com remain protected by copyright unless clearly stated otherwise.

Buying or downloading a digital file does not give permission to resell, redistribute, upload, repackage, claim ownership of, or offer the file as standalone stock content. Music, photos, and production files may only be used within the permitted use described on the product page, license document, Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or other applicable product terms.

If a specific product includes its own license document, that license document controls the permitted use of that product.

Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices, product availability, accepted payment methods, checkout features, and digital delivery options may change at any time.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or payment-processing requirements will be handled through the checkout process when required. Payment methods and checkout options may change over time based on the website's payment processor and available Squarespace commerce settings.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or local obligations that may apply in their location. Dean Best LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, technical errors, or checkout issues when discovered.
