Fantasy Landscape - Mountains, Giraffes, Balloons and a Gondola

Iceland, the land of the abstract and fantasy landscapes, not giraffes, gondola’s and hot air balloons. Better known for so many waterfalls, night skies filled with Northern lights and the barren openness.

Since Iceland is such an abstract, fantasy country, why not imagine the unimaginable? I did when I returned from my last photography adventure in the land of fire and ice.

I photographed an amazing Icelandic mountaintop with the perfect clouds. The land below was flat and barren. My thoughts were to make a fun and exciting composite that could be proudly displayed in a baby’s room, child’s room or even in the man cave.

I spent many pain staking hours searching through my photo collections from my travels. Then the eureka moment came when I came across my photos of the giraffes, hot air balloons and the gondola.

I did some cool photoshop techniques and the end result is a super cool image.
